The Stickley family adventures started in Hawaii in 2005 when Cris and Emilie were married. The real excitement began in May 2008, when Nova was born. 2 short months later, our little June-Bug joined the family from all the way in Vietnam. The next few crazy years included Emilie being deployed to Afghanistan, while Cris and the girls moved back to Hawaii, then a long year of living apart (and a lot of trips across the Pacific Ocean), while Emilie remained in Colorado to complete her Army committment, and Cris had to stay in Hawaii for his job at the University.
In the summer of 2012, little Jude joined our family, and the whole gang reunited for good in Hawaii!
Follow our adventures, as we try to keep track of life with our 3 crazy kids, while keeping our friends and family updated on the happenings here in Hawaii!

The Mama
Emilie is an OB/GYN in the Army. She loves spending her days delivering babies, and looks forward to spending every free second with Juneau and Nova.
The Daddy
Cris is an Athletic Trainer, with his PhD in Kinesiology. He teaches at the University of Hawaii, and loves academics and research. His favorite classes to teach are Cadaver Anatomy and Biomechanics.
He loves to spend time with his girls, his huskies, and jumps at the opportunity for adventure.

Juneau
Junebug is our little adventurer.
She was born in Vietnam on Sept 21, 2007, and we were so blessed to have her join our family 10 months later. Juneau is funny, spunky, and lights up the room with her adorable smile.

Nova
Nova is our little sweetheart.
She was born May 4, 2008, and has filled our lives with giggles and snuggles since then. She gives the best hugs and kisses in the world. The greatest day of her life was August 29, 2012 when she got to have a baby of her very own.

Jude
Jude helped fill the need for a boy in our girl dominated clan...a daddy's dream come true. He was born August 29, 2012 and he is famous for his scowl which he was wearing from the moment he was born...though, as you can see here, he does actually smile occasionally. We expect him to be a serious fellow and a deep thinker.

I am so very happy for your family!! As I look at your pictures of your wonderful reunion I have tears streaming down my face. I can't even imagine what it would be like to be separated from my kids and my husband. You are a very brave woman Emilie! And Cris you are a extremely brave man to be the Dad and Mom to two toddler girls. My hats off to both of you! So glad that you all are together again. :)
