A Day In the Life of Jude...

 The day starts of with a warm shower with Dad...

 Then Mommy dries him, gives a little Baby Massage with lotion, and dresses him...

 A BIIIIGGGG yawn because showering and getting dressed is exhausting business...

 And finally a nice 3 hour nap :)

 Then milk, nap, milk, nap, milk, nap, evening "play" time, and then bed!!! It's a good life :)

 School has been going pretty well.  We went to the girls' Open House last week, and got to see some of the projects they have been working on.  Nova made this "SUPERKID" Poster, with little tidbits all about her.  Nova has been having a little hard time making a friend at school.  All the kids seem to like her, and she always has a fun day at school, but i think she was really envisioning making a very best little friend right away. She wants to have a special friend that she plays with every day, and she hasn't made her special friend yet, so she has been pretty sad about that.  I keep reminding her that sometimes it takes time to make a special friend, and to keep working at it, so hopefully she will find her special friend soon!!

 Juneau, on the other hand, has a billion friends at school, and absolutely loves it.  I couldn't have imagined a better scenario with Juneau. She absolutely loves it!

Meanwhile, I've got Cris busy with a billion little projects around the house.  Next on the list is installing a ceiling fan...Although I think Cris was just looking for an excuse to climb around on the ceiling beams.

 Having a new baby has meant lots of company, with friends stopping by to say hello, check in on us, and bring yummy dinners!!! Our friends Becca and Brad came for dinner, and brought their boys over to play with Juneau and Nova. With 2 crazy daddies and 4 crazy kids, there was much fun to be had!

 Also in this photo you can see the back of our brand new white (yes, i said white....clearly i have lost my mind!) sofa.  After having picked out the perfect-o lazy-boy living room set in Colorado (it was, in fact, NOT white), there was a massive delay in the delivery, and we eventually had to cancel the order.  We had to start from scratch with our furniture shopping in Hawaii and fell in love with this super comfy sofa set.....the only downside being the color.  So we scotch-guarded that baby up, and we are hoping for the best :)

After running out every last bit of energy by making at least 50 trips around the perimeter of the living room while giggling and chasing each other, this is the scene Cris found when he checked on the girls that night....Nothing like sharing a bed with your sister!
