Ever since we arrived in Toleod, we have been super busy which is why I am still 10 hours behind on my daily postings. We rolled out of Wisconsin later than expected of course because we just couldn't tear the kids aways from each other for some last minute playing and eating Mickey Mouse shaped waffles.
Nova and Finley working on simultaneous bad picture faces
These two had great times playing and eating and hanging out together the last few days.
Griffie - cute as can be.
We got to the cousins house and immediately there were presents that desperately needed unwrapping
Juneau now thinks it is Christmas everyday
Alex & Lyndsey are now officially grown-up...making me feel old
The girls have been playing with Brent non-stop
Juneau and Nova were so excited to watch a movie with their cousins but decided they didn't want to watch what everyone else was watching so they did a private screening
Brent's basketball tournament was the highlight of Tuesday. The chance to go run around the court at halftime and between games was the highlight for Juneau and Nova (and Alex & Lyndsey)
Grandpa and Grandma and Nova Mammaw finally arrived and the girls were super excited
While Brent's team was winning their first game 44-7...
...some of the fans needed other things to entertain them.
Crazy fun time with the cousins...
Waiting for game 2 to be over...
...which was won by the saints 31-13 making them the holiday tournament champs:
More exciting basketball action to come on Wednesday when Alex & Lyndsey play.
Unfortunately, we will be moving on to phase 3 of the trip too soon but we will be excited to spend some time with Emilie's family.
On a sidenote, I'm interpreting the lack of response from Hawaii to mean that as of yet, Tim and Melody haven't been able to conquer the "father - daughter" present we got them for Christmas...since they STILL haven't completely conquered the previous puzzle present we got them over a year ago, we figured it might take until at least July for this one :)
