Tonight is the peak viewing period for this year's Leonid Meteor Shower. I've been excited to check it out considering I have a great unobstructed view of the eastern sky from here to Alaska but unfortunately, it's been cloudy the last couple of nights. Tonight looks promising but I don't know if I have the energy to get up between 2:30 and 5:30 am to see if I can see anything. If only I could set my DVR to record it.
This has been a busy week with long days and not much time with the girls it seems. Tonight I didn't get home until 6:00 so I only had a couple hours to play before bedtime. But, the girls are really into taking pictures and then me showing them to them on the view screen. They had their mommy dolls upstairs from after nap today so they wanted to take pictures with mommy tonight:
